Parfait . Si nous revenons à Dijon , on reprend le même Positive: Joli petit appartement , sympa 😊 fonctionnel . Tout y est . Emplacement central , près de tout

Positive: Appartement extrêmement bien situé, à deux pas du centre-ville de Dijon, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Negative: Peut-être un peu bruyant la nuit, mais nous avons surtout été dérangé par des véhicules qui faisaient du tuning....donc rien à voir avec le logement

Don't be blinded by the low price - there's a reason for it. Positive: The apartment is close to the city center and this is the only one good thing... Negative: In January (3 Celsius degree outside) I had a very "warm" welcome with 9 Celsius degree inside. Being late in the evening, the first night was a very uncomfortable. Because the apartment is not heated in the winter season, there is a lot of mold - dangerous for health. The owner has come to clean it but without effect, obviously. The required deposit is really huge (500 euros) for this apartment and its facilities. I stayed 6 nights, and the flexibility for a late check-out was hard to be obtain. There are a lot of cleaning staffs in the wardrobe, so you cannot use it. The dishes were mostly dirty There are no facilities (toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, etc) for a long stay. I can confirm the smell from restaurant below. I can confirm the light from the street. The inconveniences were communicated to the owner and he promised a discount, obviously we received nothing... As conclusion, for sure you can stay here only one night as back-up solution or as cheapest solution.

idéal pour un séjour en amoureux Positive: la situation du logement est idéale, il est bien aménagé, propre et confortable; on y passerait bien plus de temps, si on n'était pas venu pour découvrir Dijon... :) mention spéciale pour la salle de bains, spacieuse et agréable. Negative: rien! mais une petite suggestion : quelques sachets de thé et dosettes de café à l'arrivée, et on se serait cru chez soi ;)

Positive: Logement confortable chaleureux idéalement bien située. Je réserverai à nouveau. Un immense merciiiii
